Tim Dywer, instructor at Oklahoma State University of Technology, was the first place recipient of the Gates Corporation $1500 Conference Scholarship. Tim holds an ASE Master & L1, AAM - Accredited Automotive Manager, Chair elect and Chairman for T- 2000, President and Vice- President of Tulsa Chapter of ASA, Assisted in startup of Pro-Tech Automotive Intern program, and he is a FAA Licensed in Airframe & Powerplant mechanic.
